New Monster Books in Denmark
On 13 June four books in the successful children's series about the charming Monsters will be published in Denmark by Vild Maskine. Two of the monster books, "Monsterhøjder" and "Monsterkilling", are completely new in the series whereas the other two are long-awaited reprints of the popular "Monsterpest" and "Store monstre græder ikke". The award-winning books are co-written by Faroese author Rakel Helmsdal in cooperation with Icelandic Áslaug Jónsdóttir and Swedish Kalle Güettler. The ten books which have been written simultaneously in three languages have also been translated into 15 other languages, and soon Japanese will be added to the list. The Faroese publisher is BFL.
