Eyðun Klakstein is a journalist by profession, and in 2021 he made his debut as an author with the crime novel, "List", which received good reviews and was amongst the best-selling novels that year. “Lygn” is the second book in the series.

The story begins the day after the sudden death of Sára Emmudóttir’s brother. She receives a handwritten letter with the message: “He didn’t do it”. Sára has to search the past that she escaped from. She gets out the box of old pictures, that she intended never to look at again. Traces lead her to a rock concert in Tórshavn twenty years ago, when a young woman died in the afterparty.

Gallery owner Jón Amos gets an unusual assignment from a mysterious person. He is asked to find a distinctive artwork, that no one knows about. Suddenly his life is startled by a horrible incident.

Sára Emmudóttir and Jón Amos have to work together, when terrifying incidents effect them personally. To find the truth they have to uncover ruthless lies.
